2 sentences tense not sure

Are these sentences correct?
No store would have thought to charge for plastic bags 10 years ago.
No store would have thought of charging for plastic bags 10 years ago.

If I'm at your house in an hour, it'll mean I'll have finished all my homework.
If I'm at your house in an hour, it means I have finished all my homework.
If I'm at your house in an hour, it means I'll have finished all my homework.

The first two are correct and have the same meaning. In the next three, I far prefer the 2nd, but I'm not prepared so say the first and third are incorrect - I just see them as examples of "too much verb".
