Hi. The first sentence is wrong and would probably be misunderstood. The second is much better.

The first sentence is wrong and would probably be misunderstood. The second is much better.

If you are talking about one employer you should say employer's. If you are talking about more than one employer you should say employers'.

Also, native speakers would normally say expectations rather than expectation.
