2 questions (where or that and brought up and raise)

Where or That

1 There isn't one place in the house where/that there isn't someone sleeping. All the rooms are taken.

Which is it?
2 You won't see a difference/you can't tell the difference in 1 week. You need to eat properly for a couple of months to gain some weight.
3 depending on how you bring up the dog/raise a dog , it'll either be listenful or not. (I don't think Listenful is a word what would you say?)
