2 questions

1-Is it correct if I use hope without subject in a below text? 2-Contribute in a below text should be used with to or without to?

* Before anything else, I would like to thank you for informing me about the job you have recently opened for applicants. I have already sent my updated resume. Hope we can arrange to meet in person within the coming weeks. I am quite excited to learn more about your vision for the magazine, as well as share the ways in which I can contribute.

2. Your use of "contribute" is correct. You could say "contribute to it", but it is not necessary (and may be slightly ambiguous as to whether "it" refers to "vision" or "magazine").
