2 options for the same sentence I think all are good?

Could you tell me what you think of these phrases please?

- The realtor is asking for a little more than 2 times the rent./He makes a little more than 2 times as much as me. BOTH FINE

- What are you doing when you’re not working./What do you do when you’re not working/when you don’t work. ALL

- I'm going to stay home (for) these next two weekends, that way I'll be happy to leave come the vacation.

- What you are saying is the total opposite of what she is saying/what she said. BOTH

- How many things have you left to do? / How many things do you have left to do?/ How many thing have you got left to do? ALL first is more written

- (The) next time the phone rings, pick up sooner. optional THE

- I kept it for last/to do last. FOR last better but BOTH

- I know where the ball will land before it does. OK

- Finally the weekend has come./Its finally the weekend. BOTH

- Where did you find him; in the ghetto? He has no manners OK

- His co worker s don't talk about him yet/haven't talked about him yet. BOTH
