2 Little Questions
We signed a binding contract last year and it has been renewed recently.
It has been renewed is Active or Passive Voice?
He allowed the goods to be sent/to be send by air.
Why 'to be sent', not 'to be send'? Shouldn't the infinitive be in Present Simple?
