10th of a Kilometer

How would you explain this in a sentence?

The gps gives you to the km until you get down to 10km when it starts showing a 10th if a km.

Once the ETA is down to 10km, you get the 10th of a km. You will se 10km, 9,9km, 9,8km, 9,7km.

Anything above 10km you’ll see 20km, 19km, 18km... 10km, 9.9km, 9.8km....

thanks

I'd say eg

GPS specifies distances to the km until you get down to 10km, when it starts showing them to a 10th of a km. eg . . . 14k, 13 km, 12km, 11 km, 10km, 9.9km, 9.8km, 9.7km 9.6km . . . .

Note that in English, a decimal point is shown by a period, not by a comma.

eg 9.7 pronounced nine point seven
