100 hour training or 100 hours training

Hello everyone, I have a doubt about a sentence like this: "a 100 hour training on teaching" . Have we to add the "s" for the plural to the noun "hour" or not? That is, which is the correct version: "a 100 hour training on teaching" or "a 100 hours training on teaching"? Thanks in advance.
