1) I don't know if yours is technically incorrect, (except for "it it", which i assume is a typo) but certainly "It never works when you need it to" would be much more common. 2) okay except for capitalization 3) (based on your explanation) You can tell (even) before you're done.... (not "down")
Hi Alex. I don't know what you mean here -- do you mean that she is in a more advanced group in school, (calculus rather than algebra?) or an older group (12th grade rather than 10th grade?), or that she belongs to a more privileged class socially?
Next time, please start a new thread instead of adding on to one that's several years old and about a completely different subject.
