10 question need help with thanks
Can someone help me with these? The bold is what I think.
1 Its so silent in the morning that the slightest noise can be heard. OK
2 He was there for me when no one else was. OK
3 I got a head start on/with my homework at school. Don't know
4 I hadn"t had hair this short in a while. OK
5 Let the shirt air out for a couple of days so it doesn't stink as much at the/on the armpits if you don' want to wash it. I don't know if you can air out.
6 It's thanks to our government that us kids only have school 4 days a week. OK
7 I was doing my homework in bed and fell asleep to/on my notebooks. BOTH
8 You're the only person in the family I can laugh with and be myself with. OK
9 When she walks me to school she walks so fast I find myself 5 yards behind her all the time. OK
10 It seems like she's willing to give it a 2nd chance. OK
