10 minutes after intubation

The blood pressures and heart rates in T1 group decreased significantly (p<0.01 or <0.05) at 3, 5 and 10 minutes after intubation. First, is the preposition ‘at’ necessary? And if the ‘at’ is deleted, is the sentence right in grammar?
