The text consists of two paragraphs: Introduction and Main body. In Main body, there are counter-argument and refutation, I don't know whether its grammar, as well as linking words, are correct.
Are Vietnamese students qualified enough in order to compete with others from ASEAN countries in the market of labour? Despite the fact that the 10 ASEAN member states are in the process of turning into a single market, Vietnamese students tend not to concentrate on preparing for the competition with others of ASEAN community. Most of the people suggest that Vietnamese youths should equip themselves with necessary skills for lucrative careers. From my perspective, being fluent foreign language so as to communicate and mastering teamwork ability should be considered as the most vital skills which Vietnamese pupils have to possess.
Firstly, Vietnamese youngsters should master not only their mother tongue but also another well-known language such as English, Spanish or Chinese, which makes them easy to communicate with foreign co-workers. As there will be a single market of labour, students of all the ASEAN countries will be offered an array of opportunities for oversea occupations. For instance, outstanding students whose majors are related to technology field will be able to work in Singapore, the country where technology develops the most should they are fluently at English as native ones. However, several pose citizens claim that studying another language will encourage both undergraduates and graduates to lose concentration on their major knowledge accumulating process. Nevertheless, despite the fact that they might spend more time, as well as money, on both foreign language and major studying in comparison with ones just studying about their majors, they will be more qualified to study abroad and meet the demand of employers.
