Which sentence best describes this graph?
A) After reaching a peak and then declining steadily prices have stabilized.
B) After a Marked increase and steep decline prices have fluctuated.
C) After a peak and a gradual decline, prices have fluctuated significantly.
My option is : C

From the options provided , I feel A) is not correct as I don't feel there is no continual flow.
B) I don't feel steep decline was not there.
C) So I've left with C-option only.

I might be wrong. Please let me know your thoughts.
