1 Voc Problem, Two Sentences

Hello

Are these sentences correct?

- The school claims that alumni are able to memorize:


It isn't were, or would be?


- I was unbiased in my proceeding and writing.

I want to express that I approached the matter with an unbiased mind. Can I say it like that, is it understandable?

A vocabulary problem:

When writing a research paper, you generally research the answer to a question. Only, it's more than one question normally. Can I title this part of the paper with "The Problem" ?
