1. MORE AND YOUNGER PEOPLE HOLD THE IMPORTANT POSITION IN THE GOVERNMENT. THIS IS A GOOD THING OR BAD THING AND DISCUSS BOTH OPINION?

There is a hot debate recently about whether government positions should be accountable by younger people. While a group of people concern that younger generation lack of capability, I would agree with the others about the essential benefits of this trend. Before coming to final conclusion, several reasons will be clearly discussed.

Admittedly, it is reasonable for older people to concern that the younger ones do not deserve any postion in government field. Firstly, the youngers are supposed to possess inadequate necessary qualifications to become successful leaders. This is clearly disadvantageous as older generation are not willing to follow their leadership. Therefore, conflicts between two generations will be established when the younger leader can not earn respect from others. Futher more, it is apparently that the younger generation have insufficient capacities and experience as well. This tendency will lead to various serious mistakes when youngers are responsible to make important decision, so it would tremendously impact to innocent people’s life.

On the other hand, I would argue that this trend gains more advantages than its drawback. First of all, the younger adapt easily to the new environment and change. They can utilize their opportunity working in government to nurture their talent and career. Beside that, they are able to devote longer time to the host country rather than the older people. This is represented clearly in the election when younger candidates receive credibility from others. Secondly, younger generation is concerned to be creative and full of energy. They consider every important issue in a different aspect and create a join-up thinking. This is absolutely essential to establish a new management style and contribute to the improvement of currently obsolete national system.

Taking everything into consideration, I would argue that government postions should be presented by the younger generation because of their new management style and dedication to community.
