1: Can you crank up the volume?
2: Will you make it louder?
3: Can you higher raise the volume? (My kids used to say "higher." It's a logical way to think - make it higher, so higher it, make it lower, so lower it. But it's not a verb.)
4: Can you lower the volume?

You could also say 'Can you turn it up?"
