But, since this is an exclamation, does using won't instead of wouldn't not sound more definite statement- all people will enjoy? I am sure everybody must enjoy having their questions answered. Or, do you mean usage of won't is grammatically incorrect? If it was a question wouldn't would sound polite as you said. But to use won't as I did does sound unusua

I'm an ESL also. So, I know the frustration when people don't get what we're asking! Sometimes it takes a lot of effort to make them to understand the question. Ok, so I think that when you say " won't" you want to make an affirmation. Like " He won't go to the party". So, with that being said, you can't affirm something if you are actually asking. Even if it's only an interjection.
