Letter Writing

How do I write a letter about my son for high school he is interested in. They are calling it an introduction letter

If "they" expect your son to write the letter, he should write it. Such a letter would include his educational background, which would list the schools he has attended thus far and what focus he has had academically if his schools have been at all specialized. For example, he may have attended a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) school, or he might have attended a fine arts school or medical magnet school.

  • Be sure to include sports activities he may have participated in and to what extent.
