I'm afraid that we don't use that term, either, but I suspect that it is a 'cram school' or 'preparatory school'. Therefore, I would say:

I go to prep school / cram school at 10 AM.

If you are happy with your term, however, your sentence is indeed grammatically correct:

I go to tuition classes at 1
