#1 Today student should be reconciled to/with the way things are changing.

Which one is the correct preposition here?

#2 When we had come out of the restaurant it was half past eleven.

I think here it should be past indefinite tense.

#3 Foreigners often come across with/come across serious difficulties in studying English.
