"Think of a blind person who hears one voice advising on how to navigate a room. That would be one source. Then imagine 100 voices yelling go right, turn left, it’s raining."
In this sentene what does "it's raining" make sense to you? Is it saying about the wheather?!!

Jaleh, You have asked several questions on the same article, which you have not referenced with a link, and you have consistently failed to provide full sentences, which has made it difficult to answer your questions. I recall one I answered which started with "reports". As you presented it, "reports" was a noun, but now that I have found the link, it turns out that "reports" is a verb because you did not provide the beginning of the sentence where the subject of the sentence occurred.

Yes, though the punctuation is bad. It should read something like this:

Think of a blind person who hears one voice advising on how to navigate a room. That would be one source. Then imagine 100 voices yelling "Go right!", "Turn left!", "It’s raining."
