I'm afraid I cannot agree with that approach. At least the noun-adjective relationships should be consistent across the answers, in my opinion.

It all depends upon how the adjectives are being used, doesn't it?

If it is an artistic man, then the noun would be artist. But if it is an artistic object, then the noun would be art.

Since I don't have the context, I prefer the more abstract noun.
