Do we say "much needed break" for something that has happened few months ago? For ex, My friends and I met few months back after a long gap. We clicked pictures and after 3/4 months i plan to upload it on internet. So is it right to give a title as "much needed break"?

It is a timeless phrase. (By that, I mean that it has no tense limitations; on the other hand, it is a rather tiresome cliché.)
