Possibly you mean "tiffin"? This is labelled "Indian English" in some sources, but in other regions the word would be very dated, or indeed unknown to many people. I would not recommend it. "taken" is also a quaint word in that sense. Possibly you mean something like "Have you had lunch yet?" or "Have you eaten yet?". Or possibly I am barking up totally the wrong tree.
