I have a doubt to clarify. Few days back I have seen one of the experience letter format. To make my point clear let me cite the incidence. It was the last day of an employee in an organization and he walked up to HR department to collect his experience letter. The letter says- This is to certify that Mr. X had worked with Company from April'15 to Mar'16. So here's my doubt- Should it be "has worked" or "had worked" on the letter?
Thanks and looking forward! Ravish
