Is this correct English?

"I don't Remember the number of counts he fell down"
"I think he used my phone 5 times, not sure but do you remember the counts?

How else could this be used in the sentences?

I don't remember the number of times he fell down.
I think he used my phone five times. I'm not sure. Do you remember how many times he did?
or
I think he used my phone five times. I'm not sure. Do you remember the count?

You could also joint the first part: I think he used my phone five times, but I'm not sure.
