After my secondary school I stepped into tourism industry as freelance tour guide. Because I love to introduce XYZ history and cultural to people from other countries. So travel business is my hobby not only profession.

XYZ main attraction is charming villages, friendly people, century old monasteries and panoramic landscape. So I am trying my best to promote social sustainability, environmental sustainability and economic sustainability of rural areas.
How I run my business? I run my business with simple principles that is honesty, dedication, transparency and innovations.

I employing professional freelance tour guide and very experience freelance taxi driver. I charge reasonable service charge on freelance staffs. That is one of my key principles which tie me and freelance staffs together as genuine friendship. We all work together as team.

I never satisfied with service and hospitality. That is main driving force that I constantly doing my best to improve the quality of service and hostility. I timely educate the freelance staffs specially guide and driver about hospitality and maintaining sound communication with them to ensuring excellent service to customers.

I am from Ladakh. Not Bengal. Ladakh was Himalayan Buddhist Kingdom for more than thousand years. Now it is become part of Republic of India. It's term and conditions of Forums not use for commercial purpose.

So intention isn't only commercial for me. It's my aim to promote sustainable tourism in rural areas of Ladakh.

It is my best aim, that Ladakh should remained as before and not affected by mass tourism. Mass tourism ultimately lead to social, economical and environmental destruction. There is some village rich people started invest in building large tourist resort and hotel. Govt can't stop, it is constitution right. But I want to promote Home-stay accommodation in such excellent way, that majority of visitor start choose Home-stay when visit Ladakh, that ultimately stop the private investor. And local village get the maximum profit and save the village from mass tourism. And automatically rural areas remain socially, environmentally and economically save. Snow-leopard photography trek in winter season( January - February) is the ultimate experience of wildlife photographers. We arrange trek in remote villages to spot this world endanger predator. Snow-leopard is so elegant and shy predator they only live in high mountains gorge where there isn't any trace and sound of human beings; snow-leopard very hardly come near to the human habitat, so it isn't possible to spot snow leopard during summer season. But during winter season due to heavy snow fall on the high mountains, mountains goats; Ibex, blue sheep, Urals. while searching grass come down to surrounding mountains of valley as snow start to melt faster around valley mountains due few hundreds meters less in altitude. So while chasing the mountains goat, sometimes snow-leopard make his appearance in the surrounding of valleys mountains. To spot the snow leopard you need to spend at least more than a weeks in the remotes villages and each day our local expert wildlife guide hike you inside valley mountains to spot snow leopard, you need high standard binocular to find out snow leopard a miles of distance from you because snow leopard sense of power is so power to detect human beings within radius of his places.

There might be many ways…one way is try best to love oneself, when you love yourself truly every kinds of feeling sadness, hopeless, guilt are despair for the moment and inner self discipline come automatically and that happy moment is the strength to think clearly and logically.
