#1 Considering the case, I have bought this.

What kind of sentence is this? "Considering the case" looks incomplete. I mean there should be something, etc. after (but don't know exactly) before this.

The sentence appears unnatural. It does not look as if it was produced by a native speaker. (I'm assuming that "case" is meant to be abstract not physical. More context would not hurt.)
