Grammar

May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.
I would like to ask a question about Grammar, please!
My question is: I am very confused with the sentence ''Are you done''
Teacher, do not we ask about the object here because the sentence is in the Passive Form? Also, I would like to ask about the difference between it and the sentence of ''Have you finished''
May God reward you greatly.
