Hey teachers, if u hurt someone before and now they are taking revenge off u, so can i say, ''she is really getting it on/off me''?

I know its generally said, she is getting revenge on me''.But please let me know what u have to say about the first one.

Thank you!

Is there any reason for your using 'u' instead of 'you' and 'i' instead of 'I'?

No, that doesn't work at all. You could say "She is really getting back at me" or "She is really getting even with me."
