#1 Don't respect such persons as have no respect for elders. (Book)

#2 Don't respect such persons that have no respect for elders.

#3 Don't respect such persons who have no respect for elders.

Why #2 and #3 are incorrect?

They are all grammatically correct and all non-native constructs. This is natural:

'Don't respect those who do not respect their elders.'

Your book is a poor one.

I am afraid to say that you are right. At many instances I found error in my Book. Sometimes when I have doubt, I ask here. But I don't know how much wrong I have learnt form that book.
