Letter Writing

There are already 2(two) years that I have been working for your organization since the last increment as a manager. I was always loyal and dedicated to Company name. All the assignments and projects I was handling were submitted on time without any delays. You probably know that I get low payment and have asked for salary increment last year. I attempted to ask for the salary increments but I did not get a reply from you. . However, I am dedicated to our company; therefore, I decided to write you this letter once more.

I appreciate the opportunity to work with you during these 4 (four) years and hope to continue doing so always. I think you will agree with me if I say that within these four years I became a member of the team and achieved some great deals.
Its been really appreciating that company has given me a chance to prove my capability and a location near to my hometown in year 2011 for this very same location am working on.

The reason that I am asking for a rise of my salary is that my current payment is too low for covering the expenses of my family. As in present scenario I have to take care of my retired senior citizen parents and manage to survive in a metropolitan city. Cost of living has become too high with the price increase of petrol and food, really has put a strain in my earnings. It’s always a dream project for me to raise the location bill up to a scale of (xxx) lacks per month and still am working on the same plan, Considering the facts of my situation requesting a little hike of (xxxx) to (xxxx)thousand, which will boost my confidence to work on a tension free zone

Kindly ask you to consider my request.

i look forward to the management's positive response
