How about `` There were four young men who studied unde the famous professor. Do I need to put ``the´´ in front of four young men? Thank you again.

No. (Or, again, only in a certain unusual context which almost certainly won't apply in your case.)

"young men" is probably better than "youths".

Please let me ask you again as I am confused of using `the´. Four youths who studied under the famous professor came from different lands. In this sentence, do I need to put `the´ in front of `Four youths´ and why? Thanks a million.

You probably want the here. There are possible contexts where you would not, though.
As with your earlier examples, the context can alter the way the sentence should be worded.
