My friend offered me a bite of the cookie he was having. He had already taken a bite off it, so I refused his offer citing hygene concerns.
Now, is there a word or phrase to describe food that has been bitten (or licked for that matter) by someone other than the current 'eater'?

I looked at your post yesterday. I can think of no such word. 'Food someone has been eating' is the only phrase that springs to mind. You cannot use 'leftovers' for just a cookie.
