I am trying to say that I like early mornings because I can feel peaceful and silent in early mornings. But I can't feel them in afternoon in which there are so many people, cars, noisy in the street.

How about "I feel peaceful in the silence of early mornings"?

I like your sentence! I would like it including "I like...".

I like early mornings with being peaceful in the silence?

Not a native speaker's locution.

Better: 'I like the peaceful silence of early mornings." or
"I like early mornings with their peaceful silence."
