i've heard it in a conversation between two people when they meet eac
other . the conversation went like that
a: hey how are you doing i think i have met you before, haven't it?
b: i'm good thanks but sorry it's my first time seeing you
a: oh sorry i guess it's another lobo somewhere

Even if "lobo" does have a relevant meaning, the phrase "I guess it's another lobo somewhere" doesn't seem to me to fit the context properly. It seems it ought to be something like "
