Dear expertsI would Really appreciate your guidance Regarding this question :I need to use an appropriate term for the ( …….?) who legally transfer lands to related organization for industrial use ( industrial parks construction ), could you please tell me which term should I use for this caseP.s : the land owner could be any governmental organization that's why I cannot find a general term .I kind of want to refer to the ex-owner of the land ( which could be any governmental organization ) , can I use something like :1- Land Assigner2-Land source authority3-Land make over source4-Land Transfer authority5-Land Transferer Organization 6-Land surrender???7-Land ceder??

If you want to refer to a person/organisation then it would have to be "land surrenderer", but neither this nor "land ceder" is a well-known term, as far as I can tell.

Some of your earlier suggestions, such as "Land transfer authority", seem to suggest a situation where present owner X transfers the land to Y, but the transfer is transacted or authorised by another organisation Z, and you are referring to Z. Perhaps you could clarify that you want to refer to X and not Z.
