For some reason I am having problems playing the files. However, a version without any singing would be an "instrumental" version of the national anthem. The one accompanied by a person or people singing would be a "sung" version. "wordless" and "worded" are not right.

and
2. sung national anthem
right?

This is assuming it's the same national anthem, just that one has people singing and the other only has musical instruments.

These may give the impression that they are two different pieces of music, rather than two arrangements of the same piece.

Sorry, "vocal" is better than "sung". I'm not sure why I didn't think of

You mean just 7 & 8 are correct?
