Thank you for your reply but in most dictionaries i see it pronunced as k?n't?nju?. What is the difference please?

There isn't any. Some systems of transcription use /?/ for that sound; others use /?/. The /?/ is used for unstressed syllables, so strictly speaking, that's more correct in transcribing "continue".
