Hello, I would like to ask you why there is the form ?finding´in the following sentence - Did you have a problem finding our house? Why not to say ´to find´? Thanks

That form isn’t admitted by this use of have. After have a problem/a hard time/trouble/difficulty, etc., only an ·ing form is possible.
