Please is this sentence correct? "This thesis presents legal regulations, standards and other documents related to websites of public administration institutions."

'thesis' is not a good word to choose. A thesis commonly argues for some interesting and novel proposition about a topic.
You might consider eg a review, a summary, a survey, even a discussion.
