'Having doing his homework, Paul went to bed.' - Does it mean 'after doing his homework, he went to bed'? Could we use other verbs, for eg 'to eat', 'to watch', 'to play' etc. as well in this construction with 'having'? I mean... could we also say 'having eating his dinner, he went to bed', or 'having watching the T.V.

Yes, it should be 'having done...", having doing just doesn't make sense.
