Hi teachers.. Kindly check these lines which is explanation of the poem "traveler".
This poem is the supernatural element and it is a kind of dream line manner. Atmosphere is both mysterious and hunting. It describes a traveler who has come to knock on a moonlit door. He has come to keep his promise, and knocks on the door harder and harder, but gets no response, a "host of phantom listeners' are inside but unresponsive to his calls. The traveler finally leaves, but the listeners remain.
