Just using facebook,I found a sentence.
"We'll remember this choice the next time you post."
What is the mean of "the next time" in the sentence ?Why the author used "the next time" but "next time"?
please tell me the answer ,Thanks!!
(P.S. My English is not good .Maybe the grammar in the essay is wrong. If someone finds the wrong grammer ,please tell me where is wrong!! Thanks~)

Why did the author used use "the next time" but not "next time"? Either form is correct. next time you post / the next time you post next time is a permissible abbreviated version of the next time here.

So "the next time" = "next time" anywhere?
Are there any difference between them? Like tenses...
For example ,"I will give you something next time." and ''I will give you something the next time."
Because I have ever heard about that we need to use the different grammars for the different tenses.

I wouldn't say "anywhere". I suppose there are cases where one or the other form is better, but I can't think of a good example.
???For example ,"I will give you something next time." and ''I will give you something the next time."
Those are both fine.
