People will long hair won't understand or wouldn't understand..which is correct and why?

Both are wrong. Will must be followed by a plain infinitive, not an adjective and a noun (long hair). CB

Do you mean "People with long hair won't/wouldn't understand"? If so, both won't and wouldn't are grammatically possible.
