With this letter, I write to seek the approval of an annual leave extention eighteen (18) days.
Moreover, this is the least busy time for the company and having checked with my supervisor, Nana Asare Danquah, there are not many outstanding assignments that need my urgent attention. My supervisor is also agreeable to my decision to take the leave now than later when more are expected to come in.
I shall leave my contact details with Ms. Jones and your office should there be a need to contact me during my leave. I shall settle my work load with Nana Asare Danquah once my leave application is approved.
