The following sentences are self-made for a notice. Could you please check if they are grammatically correct and sound natural?
Especially, I am not sure if the usage of "whose" is correct.

We have a hotel located in the center of Los Angeles, whose restaurant just opened. The restaurant serves Mexican food.

However, I wouldn't say 'The restaurant serves Mexican food', as that will not attract guests who dislike Mexican food.'

Consider

'Our hotel in the center of Los Angeles has a restaurant offering international cuisine – including Mexican dishes.'
