I guess their post is copying the style of language test. Imperative.

Yes, I know what an imperative is.

Teachers have authority. They use imperatives (ie give orders) when they give instructions to their students.
But my point is this. Such imperatives seem rude when people use them here on the Forum. It sounds like they are ordering the volunteers here
