Please,have a look at the sentence "I have finished primary school here and I continued with high school". Isn't it better I had finished or just finished?Are there any other mistakes?

I think the correct version is "I finished primary school and continued..."

The simple past with a compound verb is the most natural expression:

I finished primary school here and continued on to high school.
