If you mean "concentrate one's thoughts or attention on something" (direct one's thoughts or attention to something), then say "concentrate on something". Similarly, we would say "focus on something". In a more literal sense, "concentrate" could also mean to cause people (or things) to gather into a group at a certain place, usually for a specific purpose -- that said, "concentrate + noun + at" might work in such a case.
